Today in Food Science and Nutrition we made a set charlotte, exploring many different skills, such as piping, folding, whisking, melting and baking as well as expanding our range of recipes and techniques. Charlotte Louise should be enjoyed as a treat as it was rich and very decadent. It would be ideal or Christmas as pudding or as a dinner party centrepiece. We really enjoyed making it and will make some interesting adaptations in future, adding fruit, decorations and an accompaniment.
