Celebrating Sixth Form Creativity: A Collaborative Art Project with Artist in Residence Isaac

on

Last term we were delighted to celebrate the recently installed ‘Tranquility Series.’ The Sixth Form has been transformed thanks to the creativity and hard work of our students, who collaborated with our Artist in Residence, Isaac, to produce a series of stunning artworks that now brighten up the first floor Sixth Form space.

This exciting project was primarily introduced as a wellbeing art activity for Sixth Formers with the potential of creating art to enrich the environment where our Sixth Form community studies, socialises and learns. During the summer term, students worked closely with Isaac, our Artist in Residence, to experiment with materials, and bring their artistic visions to life.
Isaac, who has guided the students through the creative process, said:

“It’s been inspiring to see how confident and expressive the students have become through this project. Their work brings colour and personality to the space and truly represents their voice as young creatives.”

The newly installed artworks have already made a remarkable impact, transforming the space into an uplifting, dynamic space that celebrates the talent within our school.

We are proud of every student who took part in this project and grateful to Isaac for his inspiration and guidance. The new artwork stands as a lasting reminder of what can be achieved when creativity, collaboration, and community come together.
