Travellers at Reading Station on Wednesday were entertained by a group of Upper II and Lower III students carol singing at lunchtime. They entertained the public, singing a variety of traditional carols and some up tempo modern ones, and we were delighted that a number of Abbey families came along to support us. The choir were singing to raise money for the Royal Berkshire Charity’s Christmas Appeal which is aiming to raise £130K for breast screening equipment.
