All pupils in Lower I-Lower III took part in the England Football initiative the ‘Biggest Ever Football Session’ as part of #letgirlsplay. Over 150 Junior School pupils took part in small tournaments throughout the day on Friday. This also allowed Upper II and Lower III the chance to compete for their Houses as part of the inter-House competition. Huge numbers of goals were scored, pupils were able to compete against different teams, but most importantly, the day was about encouraging girls to have fun whilst playing football. From the many smiles on pupils’ faces it was clear that this day had been enjoyed by many.
