Berkshire Youth Charity

Being no strangers to a yearly walk for charity, Anna and Danai set off on the long 10k Thames Path Challenge. Despite the rain which fell along the route on Sunday, they managed to complete the race which was particularly challenging as Anna had a large bruise on her big toenail that was very painful. Resilience is a quality which these two girls thrive on and they persevered and achieved their goal. They raised a staggering £350 for the Berkshire Youth Charity. Previously they have done the Walk for Wards. I can see them being ‘Walking Buddies’ way into the future and their smiles reflect the pure enjoyment for both walking and for helping others. Two fabulous role models!
