Barnardo’s National Choral Competition Final

on

The Junior School Chamber Choir travelled to Birmingham to participate in the final of The Barnardo’s National Choral Competition. One of 14 Junior choirs selected from across the country, our students sang ”Stronger withTime” and “Joyful, Joyful” beautifully and with passion. Despite not placing, the choir enjoyed singing up a storm in the massed choir and watching their fellow finalists.

“It was a great experience, seeing so many amazing styles of singing!” Livia M.
“It was super cool performing in front so many people” Neave.
“Even though we didn’t win, we had an incredible time and can’t wait to do it all again at Woodley Festival” Anvitha.

Lucia Z was also recognised for her amazing artwork which was selected to be featured in the programme, winning a prize for her work.
