Bake Sale for WWF

on

On the 21st of January, our school came together to support an important cause through a bake sale held during break. The event was organized to raise funds for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and thanks to the incredible generosity of students and staff, it was a huge success! Together, we raised almost £260!

The tables were packed with delicious treats, from cupcakes and brownies to cookies and slices, all home-baked by students. Every bite contributed to WWF’s vital work in protecting endangered species and preserving the environment.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without the help of some amazing people. A massive thank you to Miss Uddin, who supervised and supported the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I’d also like to thank the wonderful students who helped me throughout the day—Maya, Inaaya, Joanna, Ashika, Silvie, Christina, Amy and Astrid and myself — for their hard work in setting up, selling, and tidying up!

Thank you to everyone who contributed, whether by baking, buying, or spreading the word.
