Sara, Upper III, plays badminton for Berkshire county in the U13 Shires League. On Sunday 12 March 2023 the team had an away game against Devon. Sara played in 1st position for Berkshire which meant she had to face the strongest girl from Devon in her singles matches.  

The match was a very ‘edge of the seat’ affair with never more than 2 points separating the two players. Having lost the first set, Sara dug even harder and forced the game into full 3 sets, winning overall 2:1.
