Earlier this half term, our recently established U18 Racquets team attended Round 1 of the GSA Badminton tournament at St George’s Ascot. A selection of students in Upper IV, Lower V, Upper V, Lower and Upper VI participated in several doubles matches against Farnborough Hill, Heathfield, St Catherine’s, St George’s Ascot and St Swithun’s. The PE department are delighted to announce that Team Abbey finished in 1st place overall! Congratulations to all involved.
