A busy and fruitful week

on

Aishani, Upper I had a busy and fruitful last week. She participated in the Woodley Festival as part of the Kensington Choir and the team ended up as WINNERS! What a lovely performance which mesmerised the audience as well as the decision makers. Kudos to the team and all the hard work the music teachers put into it.

Furthermore, she participated in the ESPCA (English Primary School Chess Association) Under-9 Inter-Association Championship as part of the Maidenhead Team. Competing against teams from six other Zones i.e. Sussex, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Hillingdon etc, her Maidenhead team secured the Bronze Medal. Her team is now in the finals, which will be held at end of April with teams from across England vying for the top prize. Aishani is looking forward to that event and doing her best for her team.
