40th Wedding Anniversary

on

Mrs Quant, an English teacher at The Abbey School, started thinking about her 40th wedding anniversary, she knew she wanted something truly meaningful and a ruby ring to mark the occasion seemed perfect.

After hearing alumna Mitch speak at an ARCH Enterpreneurship event at The Abbey School, Sarah felt inspired to visit Petra Jewellery and see if we could help her bring her dream ring to life. She had her heart set on a cluster design but was keen to make it feel a bit more her—something unique.

That’s when she sat down with our designer, Abi, to explore some creative ideas. They played around with a few different designs, and after some thought, Sarah chose a beautiful asymmetrical cluster in rose gold. To really showcase the ring, she decided to go for slightly bigger rubies—and we think it was the perfect choice!

“I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Abi, chatting about my ring, looking at her designs and deciding on the final version. The whole experience was a joy and really helped to make our ruby wedding celebrations special. I would never have thought about buying a ring this way if it had not been for meeting Mitch at The Abbey ARCH event.”
